Food trouvé is a project commisioned by Eataly Srl with the support of Miroglio Group.

 

Turkish local markets are full of fresh fruits and vegetables. To catch the customers’ attention, the food is presented in long prepared lay out made of piles, rows, stacks.

They look like organized still lives. Real “objet-trouvé” made of food. I shot them as I found, without touching anything.
